Jennifer Deschene is a Licensed Massage therapist who has studied many modalities from Swedish, Relaxation, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki Energywork, Structural integrative bodywork techniques to Myofascial Release therapy, Deep Tissue and TriggerPoint work.
Jennifer is currently studying acupressure points. In July 2019 she will attend a Coaching the Body Thai Bodywork Fundamentals workshop.

If you are recovering from an injury, or clearing the buildup of scar tissue please understand it takes time to address all the areas that have been affected over the years.
Don't be discouraged, if you feel results over a few sessions, stick with it! And do your part to balance your body with the right kind of exercise or stretches. I also have referral information to chiropractors in the area that can further assist.
