SiDe corner of BLdG 7 Suite 2... please continue around back
- Parking lot on the side corner of bldg 7 with the pond has the closest access to the back entrance. Walk past the pond on your right to the 2nd entrance on the left with Code Rulers. My new larger office is between the bathrooms in the center.
- There is a small lobby / waiting area in the entry. The restrooms are to the left of the entrance. You may also check if my office door is open. If the door is closed, please do not knock.
TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE WORK:
- Remember to be open to receiving work for your highest and best healing at this time.
- Allow your body to relax and be heavy, do not help move your body unless given instructions.
- Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full session as scheduled.
- Let Jen know anything that you would like to address at the time of the session.
- Help your body adjust to healing by listening to what your body would like after your session and continue with the exercise or stretches that contribute to feeling your best.

7 EAGLE CENTER Suite 2B-2, OFallon, IL 62269. On the right side of Greenmount opposite bldgs 1-5, or off from W. State St. between bldgs 8/9, up on the corner.
Located inside the lower level - around the back of bldg, facing the pond.
For closer access to walk around back, please park on side of bldg. Follow the curved pathway in above pic, 2nd door across from pond with Code Rulers.
