TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR Bodywork or Massage Therapy SESSION:

• Remember to be open to receiving work for your highest and best healing at this time.  

• Allow your body to relax and be heavy, do not help move your body unless given instructions.  

• Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full session as scheduled.

• Let Jen know anything that you would like to address at the time of the session.

• Help your body adjust to healing by listening to what your body would like after your session and continue with the exercise or stretches that contribute to feeling your best.
