In this session, we’ll discuss your goals or intentions. Acknowledge what you feel within your body and be open to a reset of your energy, awareness and deeper healing. Let's dedicate the intention to clear and allow this session to help process whatever needs to move through your energy body. Session begins with Reiki Thai (clothed) for side-lying twists and opening range of motion, back-spine work, then vibrational therapy with optional breathwork face up.

Session flows following your expression of what you are feeling (since previous session) and current goals. Bodywork with focus on breath, include somatic awareness (physical body sensations + thoughts/feelings), if open/desired level of work.

Acupressure or Thai meridian compression releases disruptions in energy flow and discomfort from stagnation. May include joint rotation, light stretching, techniques over the clothing that leave you feeling more relaxed, lighter or more open in your body.

Session begins with a check-in; what are your goals for our time together?   We can choose our focus areas - where in the body you feel tension, pain or discomfort or focus on how you’re feeling and what to look at/check and open up within the body to shift from there. 

Feelings are stored in your body and this blend of bodywork and energy work can cause things to come to the surface - this is meant to help you process through this DURING the session or you may wait until you’re ready.  (However, emotions are not always containable for long once we open them up - please be sure you feel resourced with support outside the container of this healing session.)

Optional to include Somatic awareness and/or Embodied coaching - this may be a guided drop into the body, connecting to your breath, somatic awareness (physical body sensations + thoughts/feelings), acknowledging what is here in this moment.   Jen works with Spirit and your guides to offer you support intuitively.   Let your body lead how to move forward on your journey.
